Service Description
Party package details: A non-refundable room reservation fee of $50 is required at the time of booking Participants may choose their own pottery (prices vary, minimum $16), or you may select pottery for them to paint. Includes pottery, glaze/paint, supplies, firing and instruction by our Potter's Cottage staff. See examples of figurines, tiles and other pieces in the images below. Party room for 1 & 1/2 hours - Includes gift table, refreshment table and photo booth Hand-Painted Party Plate for the guest of honor that all attendees can sign Minimum 8 participants You may bring in food and beverages
Cancellation Policy
POLICIES Kids' Parties -  Ages 12 and under have access to the party room for 1 & 1/2 hours. Teen and Adult Parties - Ages 13 and up have access to the party room for 2 hours. Friday and Saturday parties after 5pm are reserved for teens and adults only. Minimum 8 participants, Maximum 20. Due to fire code, the room capacity is 30 people, therefore take this into consideration for parents staying with their children. Customer hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to their party start time to set up. Customer host is responsible for managing their guests - As per Potter's Cottage Policy, any unruly guests will be asked to leave the premises. This includes behavior such as, but not limited to, loud, boisterous talking, children running around the studio, discourtesy toward staff, and destruction of property. During your event, our studio will be shared with walk-in customers seeking to relax and enjoy creating; therefore, party participants are expected to remain in the party room, and we appreciate your not utilizing noise makers, outside music, or engaging in loud and boisterous behavior.Â
