Join us for classes at The Potter's Cottage!

We welcome homeschool groups, scout clubs and other groups to schedule special classes tailored to the needs of your group.

You can also check our UPCOMING EVENTS PAGE for upcoming holiday and theme events. Below are some of classes we offer on a regular basis.
Missed classes will not be refunded, however if you let us know 24 hours in advance, we can offer you store credit.

Level 1 Clay
Wanting to start your clay journey? Learn the basics in our Level 1 class: Make it...and take it!
Every Tuesday 4-5:30pm & Friday 5-6:30pm
Perfect for kids and groups!
In this one-time workshop, you will sculpt a fun creation using quality air dry clay. Take it home, let it dry for 5 days and then paint and seal at home with your own paint.
$20 per student

Level 2 Clay
Ready to take it up a notch? Work with fire clay in our Level 2 class: Basic Handbuilding.
Every Tuesday 6-8pm, Thursday 4-6pm and Friday 7-9pm
For Older Kids, teens, and adults!
Learn to hand build with fire clay and paint with underglazes. We will fire your piece for you and text you when your piece is ready for pick up! No prerequisite classes required.
$45 per student

Level 3 Clay
Want to build your clay skills even further? Join our 4-week Level 3 class!
Every Thursday 6-8 pm
For anyone serious about clay!
In this four week course, learn a new technique each week - Slab building, coiling, glazing and more. Create multiple pieces. No prerequisite classes required.
$160 for 4 classes

Cottage Kids Club
Have a artsy young painter?
Kids up to age 12 can come in once per month and paint any item of their choice up to a $20 value! This is a $3-5 savings per month. At the end of the year, you will have 12 adorable, hand-painted items to treasure. This is a great gift for artsy-craftsy kids!
